Product Details

Using BSS 5918 as a manufacturing guide. The internal tank is out of 1.5mm thick STAINLESS STEEL. Our panels have 40% more heat absorption area than the internationally accepted norm, namely 1.4 sq.mt. for every 100 litres of water (The accepted norm is 1.00 sq.mt for every 100 litres of water).

The heat absorption material inside the panels is 100% COPPER. Copper gives an excellent rate of heat transfer than Aluminium. Tank to Panel and panel to panel connections are done using copper tubes and compression fittings supplied by PEGLER (UK).  We do not use polybutylene pipes and fittings for this purpose.

The 3/1.2 KWh backup electric element is also British/Italian made. As prescribed in the British Standard 2 1/2 “of insulation is used between the inner tank and the covering this helps to keep the water warm over night. The insulation that is used is Polyurethane. The covering is done using Aluminium sheets and covers.

The backup electric booster should be of material that will with stand the condition of the water (Incoloy).
